Pranayama

Pranayama is a yoga exercise associated with breath control. As per the yoga teachers, proper breathing is necessary to bring more oxygen to the blood and to the brain, and to control prana or the vital life energy. Pranayama is an activity without spending energy, and relaxation without any stimulation.
