With your blessings an encouragement I have filed the nomination for the post of National President elect of IRIA in the coming elections.
As a Professor and HOD of Radio diagnosis, Govt. Medical College, Thrissur, Kerala, I have been teaching Under Graduate and Radiology Post Graduate students for the last 25 years and have published several research papers.
I was the State President and State Secretary IRIA and am a member of the Central Council of IRIA for the past 20 years.
I was fortunate to be the organizing chairman of the very successful 68th National conference of IRIA at Kochi,
As a member of the Govt. of India Committee on PCPNDT, I could effectively intervene and stop unqualified people from doing ultrasound scanning with fraudulent certificates showing 6 months training.
I believe that my experience as Member of Medical Council of India, and Dean Faculty of Modern Medicine in the Kerala Health University will be useful in the many battles that we Radiology community are and will be involved in.
I promise that I will continue to do my best for the betterment of the Radiology fraternity in the country
